Air Kudus

Air Mesjid Kudus : Masjid ini tergolong unik karena penggabungan antara Budaya Hindu dan Budaya Islam.Di bawah menara Kudus, dulunya terdapat sebuah sumber mata air kehidupan. Kenapa ? karena mahluk hidup yang telah mati kalau dimasukkan dalam mata air tersebut menjadi hidup kembali. Karena dikhawatirkan akan dikultuskan, ditutuplah mata air tersebut dengan bangunan menara. Menara Kudus itu tingginya kira-kira 17 meter.

Holy water: It is believed under the Holy tower was a source of water (well) that trigger life where dead body will become alive after immersing in it. Even though, combination of Hinduism and Islamic cultures made this mosque incredibly unique, certain people started to manipulate the well for their own advantages. Therefore, the tower of about 17 meters was built on the well to avoid distortion amongst Islam and Hindu. Jawa Tengah,Kudus,(12/21/2007).
